Writing in English or Portuguese is best; Spanish and French are fine too.

Reporting a problem

It helps a lot to include:

• the game and what you were doing when it happened;
• your device and its system version;
• the game's version (usually under About, in the game's settings);
• a screenshot, if you can, and whether it happens every time.

Purchases and refunds

Games on the App Store are sold by Apple, so payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
