Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. Memory - Animal has no account and plays entirely offline. The internet is only used by iCloud, if it's on, to carry your progress between your devices.
Does the game have ads or in-app purchases?
No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases — all 24 levels are included.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. It's a game for all ages: no text to read in order to play, no violence, no chat and no links out of the game. The first levels have only a few cards, and it gets harder little by little.
How do I unlock the next level?
Find all the pairs of a level to clear it — with any number of errors — and the next one opens. You can replay any level you've already opened in "Choose level", in the main menu.
How are stars and points counted?
One star for clearing the level, two with as many errors as pairs or fewer, three with half that or fewer. Points: 100 per pair, plus 5 for every second under the target time (5 seconds per pair), minus 20 per error. "How to play", in the main menu, explains it all.
How do I continue my progress on another iPhone or iPad?
Sign in with the same Apple Account on both devices and keep iCloud on for Memory - Animal. The two copies are merged level by level, keeping the best result of each — nothing done on either device is lost.
How do I change the language, the music or the sounds?
In the game's Settings. By default the game follows your device's language; you can choose English, Portuguese, Spanish or French, and it changes at once. Music and sound effects each have their own switch and volume.

- what you were doing when it happened, and whether it happens every time;
- your device and its system version (for example, iPhone 17 with iOS 27);
- the version of Memory - Animal — it's in the game's Settings, under About;
- a screenshot, if you can.
