Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. Sweet Tooths has no account and plays entirely offline. The internet is only used by iCloud, if it's on, to carry your progress between your devices.
Does the game have ads or in-app purchases?
No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases — all four critters and all 12 levels are included. The levels open one by one, as you clear them.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. It's a game for all ages, with cartoon critters and treats: no chat and no links out of the game. The first levels are gentle, and each one presents one or two new things at a time.
How do I get the three stars?
Each star is on its own: one for reaching the jar, one for bringing every treat of the level and one for arriving within the target time — the clock turns gold when it's past. You can get them in different runs: the best of each is kept.
I'm stuck on a level. Any tips?
If you don't reach the end, the results screen gives you a tip for that level. Use the short jump (a quick tap) on narrow pillars, wait for lifts on solid ground and don't stop on cookies. After a hit you blink for a moment and can't be touched: use it to get out of the tight spot. "How to play", in the main menu, explains everything on the course.
Can I play with a keyboard or a game controller?
Yes. Keyboard: ← → or A D run, Space, ↑ or W jump, Esc or P pauses. Controller: the stick or the D-pad runs, A or B jumps, Menu pauses.
How do I continue my progress on another iPhone or iPad?
Sign in with the same Apple Account on both devices and keep iCloud on for Sweet Tooths. The two copies are merged level by level, keeping the best of each — nothing done on either device is lost.
How do I start over from level 1?
In the game's Settings, under Progress, choose "Reset progress". Every level's stars and best marks are erased, on the device and in iCloud.
How do I change the language, the music or the sounds?
In the game's Settings. By default the game follows your device's language; you can choose English, Portuguese, Spanish or French, and it changes at once. There you also set the music and sound effects (each with its own switch and volume) and the vibration.

- what you were doing when it happened, and whether it happens every time;
- your device and its system version (for example, iPhone 17 with iOS 27);
- the version of Sweet Tooths — it's in the game's Settings, under About;
- a screenshot, if you can.
