In short

Kingdom Lands does not collect any personal data. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no third-party code that does. The game never sends anything to our servers — we simply never receive your data.

This matches the App Store privacy label of the app: "Data Not Collected".

What stays on your device

The game keeps, inside the app's own storage on your device: the saved kingdom (the map, buildings, goods and progress) and your settings (language, music and sound volumes). This is needed for the game to work and to continue where you left off.

None of this identifies you, and none of it leaves the device except through iCloud, as explained below.

iCloud

If iCloud is on for Kingdom Lands, a copy of the saved kingdom is kept in your own iCloud (key-value storage), so you can continue on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account.

This copy is stored by Apple, in your account, under Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to it. You can turn it off at any time in your device's Settings, in the iCloud options of your Apple Account.

Permissions

The game doesn't ask for, and doesn't use, your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, health data or notifications, and it never asks for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Deleting your data

"Start a new kingdom", in the game's main menu, deletes the saved kingdom from the device and from your iCloud. Deleting the app deletes everything it kept on the device.

Children

Kingdom Lands is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

If you contact us

If you write to us by email for help, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to answer you, and it's covered by the studio's privacy policy.

Changes

If the game ever starts handling data differently, this page is updated before the new version reaches the App Store, and the date at the top changes. The studio's general principles are in the Marquitos Games privacy policy.
